Donna joined our enquiries team in 2016 to assist new patients with their enquiries. With significant experience and extensive knowledge in plastic and cosmetic surgery procedures, as well as pre and post-operative recovery, she often serves as the surgeon coordinator for our Specialist Plastic Surgeons.

Trish has been a registered nurse for more than three decades. Her career commenced as an operating theatre scrub nurse and after working in theatre with Plastic surgeon Dr Craig Rubinstein. Trish has worked along alongside Dr Craig both in both theatre and at Coco Ruby for over 25 years. Trish’s commitment to professional development is evident through her completion of a Peri-operative certificate and a Bachelor of Education. In 2017, she further enhanced her expertise by attaining a master’s degree in Perioperative Nurse Assisting. Presently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner. One of her career highlights is the many surgical volunteer trips with organisations such as Interplast and the Mercy Ship. Engaging in the entire patient journey, she supports individuals from their initial consultations, during intra-operative procedures, and throughout subsequent reviews. Trish's primary objective is to ensure that each person feels valued and cared for. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, she is readily available to address any inquiries related to surgery. She is also actively involved in monitoring Dr Craig’s Instagram account.

Nurse Mary is a valuable member of our team who supports Dr Patrick Briggs in the operating theatre. With her extensive perioperative experience, Mary ensures that patients receive the best possible care during their surgery. Additionally, she provides excellent post-operative care, offering support and guidance to patients during their recovery journey.

Mandy is a compassionate and amiable nurse who has been a part of the Coco Ruby Plastic Surgery team for five years. During her time here, she has acquired extensive knowledge of cosmetic surgery and has deepened her understanding of patients' reasons for choosing to undergo such procedures.

Charlotte has 3 years of experience in plastics and specialises in the post-operative care of our patients. Charlotte holds a Diploma of Nursing and Health Science and is currently in her third year of a Bachelor of Nursing. Charlotte has extensive knowledge in surgical wound care and pain management, providing education and support to her patients before and after surgery. Charlotte is known for her gentle and compassionate approach to patient care, and is committed to supporting and guiding her patients throughout their recovery journey.

Maybell is a highly skilled Registered Division 1 Nurse with a strong background in surgical nursing spanning over 9 years. Her passion lies in developing and implementing pre-op and post-op care solutions, with a focus on providing education and compassionate care to patients undergoing cosmetic surgery. Maybell is dedicated to maintaining a safe and sterile environment at all times, and communicates with sensitivity and respect to ensure the comfort and well-being of her patients.

Jenny has been a crucial member of the accounting team at Coco Ruby Plastic Surgery since 2017.

Jenny handles all financial matters, including managing wages, debtors, and creditors, to produce timely financial reports.

In addition, Jenny manages patient accounts and payments, facilitating a smooth and hassle-free surgical journey for our patients.

In 2020, Peta became a valuable member of the Coco Ruby Skin and Anti-Ageing team in Melbourne. With her extensive knowledge and experience in skincare and light-based treatments, skin peels, laser treatments, and other modalities, Peta helps clients overcome common skin complaints. Sandra is a registered Division 1 nurse who has a proven track record of supporting Plastic Surgeons and Facelift Surgeons in delivering full-face rejuvenation effects using anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.

Sandra has a long list of loyal clients and works closely with our Eyelid Lift Surgeons who perform Blepharoplasty Surgery to ensure natural-looking, long-lasting results from injections.

Leanne began working at the practice in January 2016. With 40 years of secretarial experience and having served as a PA in various specialties, including 10 years for plastic surgeons, Leanne possesses a strong understanding of plastic surgery procedures and terminology.
