What Happens Next:
We’ll acknowledge your concern within 1 business day. The practice manager will review your feedback carefully and, if needed, investigate further. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with an explanation or outcome.
If you’re still not satisfied, you can contact an independent organisation for further review.
