Dr Nicholas Linklater (MBBS) is a Surgical Assistant for Dr Craig Rubinstein.
Dr Linklater provides free Breast Implant Checks and Patient Reviews for past patients Of Dr Craig Rubinstein. Dr Linklater's experience and expertise are in plastic surgery, and skin cancer. Educated at The University of Queensland – Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) he currently assists Dr Rubinstein with Breast and Tummy surgery.

Sandra is a registered Division 1 nurse with over 20 years experience in injectables and dermal fillers and non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments. Sandra has a long history of supporting Dr Rubinstein and other Plastic Surgeons and Facelift Surgeons to help patients receive a full-face rejuvenation effect, using anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers. Sandra has a long list of loyal clients and works closely with our Eyelid Lift Surgeons who perform Blepharoplasty Surgery, to get a natural looking, long lasting injecting result.

Jessie is a Division 1 Registered Nurse and holds a current AHPRA registration. Jessie has 12 years of aesthetic and cosmetic experience and 4 years industry experience and training in injecting. Jessie adopts a patient-first approach boasting a large following, and is extremely passionate and enthusiastic about this industry. Her strong belief in a holistic approach to patient care means she can empathise and understand clients’ needs, achieving natural-looking results for a rejuvenated and refreshed look.

Peta joined our Melbourne-based Coco Ruby Skin and Anti-Ageing team in 2020, bringing her expertise in skincare and light-based treatments, skin peels, laser treatments and other modalities to help people overcome their common skin complaints.

As a past patient Michelle has insider knowledge of the journey our patients embark on. She jumped at the chance to work with us and help other women change their lives for the better. A busy mother of 3, and independent business owner, Michelle appreciates the organisation required to get things done in today’s hectic life, including scheduling your cosmetic plastic surgery procedure. In her role as Patient Experience Manager Michelle is here to help guide you through all the questions you have when choosing a surgeon that is right for you.

Malissa joined our team in 2018 as a Patient Coordinator for Specialist Plastic Surgeons, Dr Rebecca Wyten. Her background includes experience in the cosmetic and beauty industries. Patient's love her in-depth understanding of the processes involved with surgery and her warm, caring nature.

Rachel joined our Reception Team in 2017. Her background includes customer service in the beauty and cosmetic industry. She enjoys helping patients to have an excellent experience through their surgery journeys, and patients greatly appreciate her warm, caring nature.

 
Sarah is a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Coordinator. Sarah recently joined the team to further develop her skills, knowledge, and passion of Plastic Surgery, however already brings 4 years of experience. Sarah has a compassionate approach and will ensure you feel comfortable throughout your pre and post-operative experience.

Lauren joined our Team in 2017. In addition to helping train new Patient Care Coordinators, Lauren helps answer patients' preliminary questions about plastic surgery such as Tummy Tuck Surgery, Breast Augmentation using Breast Implants or Fat Transfer, Arm Lift Surgery, Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty), Facelift Surgery and more. You'll enjoy her down to earth approach and practical advice on what to expect during a consultation or cosmetic surgery journey.

Donna joined the enquiries team in 2016 to assist with new patient’s enquiries. Donna has significant experience and extensive knowledge in plastic and cosmetic surgery procedures, and pre and post-op recovery, so often acts as surgeon co-ordinator for our Specialist Plastic Surgeons.

Jenny is Nurse and Patient Care Coordinator to Melbourne Plastic Surgeon, Dr Geoff Barnett. She joined our practice in 2016 and brings over a decade of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery nursing experience to our practice. Patients appreciate her calming nature and her knowledge of procedures and estimated recovery times.

Maybell is a Registered Division 1 Nurse with over 9 years experience, primarily focused in surgical nursing. Maybell is passionate about solutions in pre-op and post-op care and specialises in the provision of education and caring for patients who undergo cosmetic surgical procedures. Maybell communicates in a sensitive and respectful manner, ensuring a safe, aseptic environment at all times.

Mandy is a very caring, gentle and friendly nurse and has worked at Coco Ruby Plastic Surgery for three years. This environment has given her the opportunity to develop knowledge of cosmetic surgery and broaden her understanding of people's motivations behind their decision to go under the knife. Mandy enjoy's helping patients their journey towards feeling happier about themselves.

Felicity is a Registered Nurse at Coco Ruby Plastic Surgery Melbourne, and she loves what she does. She enjoys the joy of helping people and making their lives better. Felicity works with her team to make sure everything goes smoothly for our patients from start to finish.

Claire has recently joined as a receptionist at Coco Ruby Plastic Surgery. Her phone manner is friendly and her smile is bright when greeting our patients.

Brooke Staughton has recently transitioned from reception to handling new patient enquiries. Brooke has significant knowledge in the entire plastic surgery journey. Being a patient herself, her experience and knowledge are first hand.

Lyshai joined Coco Ruby Plastic Surgery in 2017 with a background in Beauty and Events. Lyshai’s knowledge of the Medical Aesthetic Industry shines across social media, patient enquiries and information night events management.

David Staughton is a Business Consultant who has consulted to us as the Business Manager of our Plastic Surgery and Non-Surgical Skin Care practices.

He oversees business development and strategic partnerships, marketing and advertising, social media engagement, automated marketing, digital asset development and business growth strategies. He also leads Patient Services Improvement Training and Practice Improvement Programs for our large group of Surgeons and Support Team

Denise, Operations Manager, joined Coco Ruby Plastic Surgery after being at the helm of a leading skin cancer medical group. She has over 20 years’ experience in practice and office management. With a strong background in the delivery of specialist surgical services and an impressive array of skills across management, information technology and patient-centred care, it is a privilege to have her in the management team. Her attention to detail, warm manner and proven track record will ensure that our patients have an even richer experience across their journey.

Jenny has been an integral part of the Administrative Accounting Team since 2017. Focusing on patient accounts to facilitate their surgical journey.

Angela has 15+ years experience in digital marketing and design and co-ordinates on and offline projects.

Dan as part of the marketing team assisting with website maintenance, events co-ordination, presentations, photo and video editing.

Leanne joined the practice in January 2016 initially working in the rooms both in Hawthorn and Berwick.
With 40 years of medical secretarial experience and having worked in a variety of specialities as a PA including 10 years for plastic surgeons, Leanne has a sound knowledge of plastic surgery procedures and terminology.
