Funny Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Names – When Autocorrect Fails

We get lots of new patient enquiries every week at the practice and sometimes autocorrect spelling gives us a real laugh! Find out more about medical terms for the most common procedures.

Below are some of the actual procedure names (normal text) next to the Autocorrect enquires (bold text) we receive.

  • Breast Augmentation often turns into Breast Argumentation
  • Breast Enhancement often becomes Breast Enchantment
  • Breast Consultation commonly comes through as Breast Consolation
  • Breast Implants – often autocorrect to either Greasy Implants or Breast Inplants

Patients seeking Breast Augmentation ask for all sorts of things including breast implants, or breast enhancements. Other patients often tell us they; “want my boobs done’, “A Boob job”, “new girls”, “a pair of DD’s”, “New tits” or even a “Tits job”. No matter what you like to call your breasts – we can definitely help!
